Our submission to Department for Culture, Media and Sport’s Select Committee on Tourism

With tourism worth more than £53 billion, the Government is keen to explore ways of promoting and developing the industry.

This summer, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport Committee launched an inquiry into tourism to examine ways in which its potential can be developed to benefit both the local economy and the UK as a whole.

One of its key considerations was reversing a long-term decline in seaside destinations – the very essence of our work.
