NCTA England’s Coast October Update

"While the cost of living crisis and the ever-changing political landscape have made business planning logistically challenging, we hope Year of the Coast 2023 and opening of new stretches of the England Coast Path will offer good reasons to celebrate the natural beauty and rich heritage of our coastline next year.

To provide evidence on the longer-term effects of Covid on the industry, we have the latest results of our coastal business survey, see below, and are currently conducting a consumer survey to gauge holiday maker’s intentions and perceptions. We’ll publish the results and share them with you next month.

We are also consulting with stakeholders in a review of the Coastal Visitor Economy strategy, if you would like more information on this or how you can get fully involved in 2023 Year of the Coast, do get in touch."
