From its outset, the NCTA focussed on providing product knowledge resources in as many formats as possible for the local tourism industry’s staff, to encourage strong take-up.
In addition to on-line, printed and face-to-face assets, we produced an Attractions Passport offering free or cut-price entry to all the local attractions not only in Bournemouth but locally in Poole and Dorset. Offers varied from free water sports lessons to half-price dance lessons.
