Welcome to Bournemouth: Staff Handbook

To enable as many staff as possible to get to grips with all a resort has to offer, the NCTA has created a suite of product knowledge products in different formats – online, face-to-face and printed materials.

A Welcome to Bournemouth booklet has been produced aimed particularly at reception staff to give them an at-a-glance reference guide to all the resort has to offer.

Written in easy to understand English, it enables all employees to absorb information easily, find out what major events are taking place and what visitors can do in and around the area, whatever the weather or time of year.
