Visitor Surveys have shown standards of customer care can vary widely across a resort. To encourage top-class service everywhere, the NCTA recruited a cohort of Bournemouth Ambassadors who scoured the town seeking outstanding examples of customer care.

Excellent service was nominated for a reward, with a Champion of Champions announced after the first year.
